 • Live sessions – Zoom display name and camera feed during the call.

 • Communications – emails you send to us and messages we send to you.

 • To run live Zoom sessions and keep learners safe.

 • To monitor access and enforce the single-household licence.

 • To provide support and service messages.

 • Contract – to provide the course you have purchased.

 • You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection.

 • You can complain to the ICO – ico.org.uk – though we would appreciate a chance to resolve concerns first.

10. Children

 • The course is purchased by a parent or carer.

 • Children participate under the parent’s account and supervision.

 • We do not knowingly collect children’s emails or create separate child accounts.

 • We use technical and organisational measures to protect data.

 • You must keep your password secure and not share it.

12. Monitoring and safeguarding

 • By accepting our Terms, you consent to our monitoring of sign-ins, IP addresses and device limits to protect accounts.

 • During live 1sessions, we process your display name and camera feed for safeguarding, security and enforcing the Terms.
